It is appalling to know how easily
has The S/C with a simple judgment, stranded the life a whole community of
people- LGBT. Minority it may be, but is a Community as a whole!
India boasts of its democratic
governance by establishing its rights and duties on its citizens and we proudly
talk about our freedoms as our natural birthright. If there is a grant of so
much freedom in this country and a panorama involving exaggerated talks of
modernity, then why is a whole community complaining of being devoid of a
crucial right, THE RIGHT TO LOVE!
We live in a society where we are made to understand from the start that,
“When Virginity is lost, Love is profound.” Hence we are made to believe that we should become “Impure” *mark these words* only with the person who we believe we are going to spend the rest of our lives with. And, going by this teaching,
If Love is Emboldened by Consensual Sex, why are we depriving the LGBT of Loving?
The hullaballoo that has risen due to the S/C’s judgment about ‘These Minorities going against the conducted ways of life’ has actually flung a dung of shame on the nation’s governance and demonstrated the most unjust jurisdiction of this republic in the 21st century.

We have well traversed from the ages
of “Balika Vadhu” and Widow Marriages Extra Marital Affairs and Live-In flings.
Irrespective of the acceptance, at least the participation has surely set in.
If all this is not considered offensive to the overhyped Indian traditions,
then the request by LGBT community is surely a very trivial one, I guess.
At the age of 18, Indian Citizens are declared ADULT enough, to Vote, to have Sex and (Girls are also allowed) to Marry. Then why deprive these minorities of LOVE?
Is this decision of the S/C due to the fear of the next generation’s choice of making whoopee to a person of the same gender or due to the fear of scarcity of natural child birth?
